CLIENT EXPECTATION AGREEMENTS

By Signing THE C.E.A SECTION In Person, Clients Accept & Agree to our Terms & Conditions.

The photographer retains exclusive copyright and ownership of all images created, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

This means that the photographer has the right to use the images for self-promotion, Websites, portfolio building, and other professional purposes.

By engaging the services of Zelohim Productions, clients agree to the following terms regarding the use and alteration of images;

Additionally, participating in a photography session with Zelohim Productions, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms.

If the client wishes to keep the images private and not used for promotional purposes, they should discuss this with the photographer in advance and come to a mutual agreement.

Booking and Scheduling:

To schedule an appointment for your photography session, visit the "Get In Touch" section of our website and fill out the provided form with your contact details, preferred session date, and any specific requirements or questions you may have.

  • Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, If you do not receive a response, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

  • Availability

Appointments are subject to availability. To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking as early as possible.

  • Confirmation

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including date, time, and any additional information needed for your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the quality of the photo session, clients and the photographer will work together to reschedule the session to a mutually agreeable date and time.

- In the event of a last-minute cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.

Last-Minute Cancellations

   - In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

If the session is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling Fees

   - If a session is rescheduled more than once, a $99 rescheduling fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits

   - All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total session fee. If a session is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Communication

   - All cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated via EMAIL to ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment.

  • Photographer’s Cancellation

   - In the unlikely event that the photographer must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund of any deposits will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.

Payment & Deposit

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session.

- Full Payment:

The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of the session. Pricing is non-negotiable.

- Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Cash App & Venmo only, Please note that we do not accept checks or other forms of payment.

- Payment Confirmation:

After the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation of your payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

- Late Payment Policy:

Any payments not received by the agreed-upon due date may incur a late fee of $50.

- Transaction Fees:

Clients are responsible for any transaction fees associated with payments made through Cash App & Venmo.

-Adherence to Terms;

Clients must adhere to the payment terms and contractual agreements established with the photographer.

It is essential to honor all financial commitments and respect the photographer's pricing structure and policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and additional services.

Additional Charges

Late Payments, Any additional services or products requested by the client, beyond the scope of the original package, will incur additional charges. These charges must be paid in full before the delivery of the final images or products.

  • Late Payments

   - Any payments not received by the agreed-upon due date will incur a late fee of the outstanding balance for each week the payment is delayed. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance and must be settled before the delivery of final images or products.

  • Additional Services and Products:

   - Any services, products, or enhancements requested by the client that fall outside the scope of the original package (e.g., additional editing, prints, or extra shooting time) will incur additional charges. A detailed estimate for these services will be provided prior to the session, and clients must approve these charges.

  • Payment Terms

   - All additional charges must be paid in full before the delivery of the final images or products. This includes any outstanding balances from late payments or additional services

  • Non-Payment Consequences

   - Failure to settle any outstanding payments may result in a delay in the delivery of final images or products.

In extreme cases, legal action may be taken to recover any unpaid balances.

Clear Communication

Understanding and Accountability:

Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that we are aligned throughout the process. If delays occur in responding, it may affect scheduling and project timelines.

— Timeliness

Please prioritize timely responses to messages, emails, or calls. Aim to respond within 24 Hrs to ensure smooth progress.

— Professional Tone:

Maintain a professional tone in all communications. Courtesy and respect are essential for a productive working relationship.

— Open Dialogue:

Keep an open dialogue about your expectations, preferences, and vision for the shoot. Providing detailed information allows me to better understand your goals and deliver the best results.

— Photographer will communicate availability and preferred methods of contact. Please respect these guidelines for effective communication.

Consequences of Delayed Communication:

Please be aware that delays in communication may impact the project timeline. if responses to key questions or approvals are delayed beyond 48 hours, it may result in rescheduling of the shoot or adjustments to the delivery timeline. I want to ensure we stay on track and meet your expectations, so your promptness is greatly appreciated.

Inclement Weather Contingency Plan

- If the photo session is scheduled for an outdoor location, clients should be aware of the photographer's contingency plan in case of inclement weather. This may include rescheduling options or alternative indoor locations.

Client Conduct

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will incur additional charges.

- Professional and respectful behavior is expected from clients at all times during the session.

- Please refrain from taking photos or videos with personal devices during the session.

- Clients are welcome to bring one additional person to maintain a focused and comfortable environment.

Location Safety Checks

Before each photo or video shoot, we conduct thorough safety checks of the shooting location. We assess potential risks and take necessary precautions to create a safe environment for our clients and team.

Client Responsibilities for Location Shoots

- If shooting on location requires permits, clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the use of the Location.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable and safe for the shoot, including obtaining any required insurance coverage and taking necessary safety precautions.

Additionally, clients are responsible for any fees or costs associated with the location, such as rental fees, cleanup costs, or damages incurred during the shoot.

It is important for clients to communicate clearly with the location owner or manager and to abide by any rules or restrictions set forth by the location

Assumption of Responsibility


Clients participating in photography sessions with Zelohim Productions acknowledge and assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the session. This includes understanding any potential risks or hazards associated with the photography environment and activities.

Acknowledgment of Risks


Clients understand that photography sessions may involve movement, posing, and interaction with various props or equipment, and therefore carry inherent risks. Clients are encouraged to communicate any physical limitations or concerns to the photographer before the session begins.

Client Safety Commitment

The safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. We are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for all photo and video shoots

Safety Guidelines During the Session

- Clients are expected to adhere to any safety guidelines provided by the photographer during the session, particularly when shooting in locations that may present potential hazards.

Environmental Considerations

- Clients should be mindful of the environmental impact of the photo session, such as adhering to any guidelines for responsible disposal of props or minimizing waste during the session.

Equipment Safety

We regularly maintain and inspect our photography and videography equipment to guarantee safe operation. Our gear is up-to-date, well-maintained, and used responsibly to prevent any potential hazards.

Care of Photography Equipment

- Clients are expected to respect and handle the photographer's equipment and props with care during the session to prevent any accidental damage.

- Any intentional or accidental damage caused to the photographer's equipment or props by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility to repair or replace.

Client Responsibilities for Image Selection

- Clients are responsible for selecting the final images they wish to have edited and delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the photo session.

Image Selection and Approval

- The photographer will provide a selection of the best images from the session for the client's review and selection. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and make their image selections within the agreed-upon timeframe.

- Once the final images are delivered, clients are encouraged to promptly review them and communicate any concerns or requests for minor adjustments within a reasonable timeframe.

Image Delivery And Usage

- Final edited images will be delivered within 7 - 14 days after the session depending on the package selected.

- All images are copyrighted by Zelohim Productions and may not be altered or edited in any way without prior consent. Any alterations or modifications made to the images without prior consent will be considered a breach of contract!

Storage and Backup of Images

- The photographer is not responsible for storing and backing up the images indefinitely. Clients are advised to make their own backup copies of the delivered images to prevent loss or damage.

Expectations for Image Licensing and Usage Rights

- If clients wish to purchase additional usage rights or licenses for the images beyond the initial agreement, they should discuss their requirements with the photographer to reach a mutually acceptable arrangement.

Image Credit & Attribute

Clients are encouraged to credit the photographer when sharing the images on social media or other public platforms.

This can be done by tagging the photographer's social media account or including a clear photo credit in the caption or post.

Clients are welcome to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes such as personal social media profiles, personal blogs, and sharing with friends and family. However, proper credit to the photographer should still be given whenever the images are shared publicly.

Appreciation for Artistry

We celebrate the artistry and creativity involved in our work.

Each project is a unique opportunity to showcase our perspective and style, and we invite our clients to appreciate and embrace the artistic process.

Professionalism

Respect the photographer's expertise, artistic vision, and professional standards. Trust their creative judgment and follow their guidance during the shoot to achieve the best results.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the shoot. Treat the photographer, and assistants with respect and consideration, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Misrepresenting

Clients are prohibited from misrepresenting the work as their own or using the images in a misleading manner.

Respect for Boundaries

Respect the photographer's creative process and boundaries during the shoot. Avoid directing the photographer excessively or interfering with their artistic vision, allowing them to work efficiently and creatively.

Respect for Copyright and Intellectual Property

We uphold copyright laws and respect intellectual property rights. We ask our clients to obtain proper permissions for the use and distribution of the images or videos created by Zelohim Productions.

Client Confidentiality

- The photographer respects the privacy of their clients and will maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared during the course of the professional relationship.

- Client Images,Videos and personal information will not be shared with third parties or used for purposes other than those explicitly agreed upon unless required by law.

Feedback and Reviews:

- Clients are encouraged to provide honest feedback about their experience working with the photographer. Testimonials and reviews may be used for promotional purposes with the client's consent.
